Dock580 began as Zuppa Catering, a small soup & sandwich place. After two decades of business they have evolved into one of Columbus' largest and most unique urban catering companies. They came to us realizing that their original brand was no longer representative of the business they had become.

Beginning with an intensive discovery process we worked with Zuppa to build a new business strategy, closing down several divisions and refocusing on their event & corporate catering business.

This repositioning and rebranding effort has resulted in an elevation of their brand in the marketplace with over a 30% gain in revenue in just one fiscal year.

AudioCom began as an audiophile house in the 1960s providing audio and home theatre solutions to the greater NYC market.  Over the past decade they have shifted their core business and have become the premier designer, builder, and integrator of high-end home and business automation systems serving high net worth individuals and celebrity clientele.

Initially we were called upon to design and develop a website to better showcase their new offerings. During our Brand Discovery Phase it became apparent that an entire rebranding of the company was needed.

We conceived of Realm as an ideal identifier for a company that provides complete control over your environment. Repositioning them as a lifestyle brand, we launched the new identity across multiple media channels and continue to manage the brand providing ongoing marketing & advertising initiatives.

In 2012 the largest urban planning and landscape architecture firm in Ohio, MSI Design, merged with its closest competitor, KKG, creating the largest firm of its kind in the Midwest. Responsible for reshaping cities all over the country, this new entity called on us to help manage and articulate their new Identity.

Through a series of discovery sessions and brand workshops we coached them through the change in nomenclature and designed their new brand identity. We were asked to conceive of a digital portfolio that would elegantly and intuitively guide viewers through decades of work while expressing the personality of the newly formed company. Gracehaven


Gracehaven was founded in 2008 to address the overwhelming need for rehabilitation for victims of domestic sex trafficking of minors. To date it is the only organization providing comprehensive client centered services to sexually exploited children in the state. In an effort to explain its evolution as an organization and to build brand equity they invited us to help think through their Identity and core messaging.

We worked closely with Gracehaven's board of directors and executive team to develop a visual and verbal language that is radically different from other nonprofits in their sector. With a focus on the outcomes of their work we built a message of hope and restoration.
